Located just 30 minutes from Pisa and less than one hour from Florence, the villa sits high on a hillside overlooking a panorama of olive groves, fruit trees and vineyards. With 28 hectares of unspoilt nature to explore, the natural surroundings and secluded setting create an atmosphere of calm and stillness, making it ideal for yoga and rejuvenating practices. Each day will offer different combinations of meditation, pranayama and yoga together with fresh detox juices to help cleanse your system and three delicious organic vegetarian meals per day, prepared using fresh ingredients grown on the estate or from local producers. The afternoons offer ample time for contemplation and rest or for nature walks in the picturesque surroundings of Villa Benvenuti. There will also be time (if you choose) for morning or afternoon excursions into the city of Lucca with its medieval wall and ancient architecture, or a trip to the thermal spa town of San Giuliano Terme to bathe in the healing thermal waters.
